Performs tax service programs as assigned to interpret applicable tax laws & court cases to make decisions; conducts, researches & applies technical & procedural guidelines; utilizes data processing systems to obtain, verify &/or adjust tax account information; researches & analyzes suspended tax returns; makes necessary corrections to returns online & advises taxpayers if tax liability changes.
