Insurance Complaint Analyst Supervisor- Life & Health

 Reviews, analyzes and resolves sensitive, complex Life and Health (L&H) Insurance complaints, provides work direction and training to insurance complaint analysts who review, analyze and resolve complex, multi-line L&H complaints;  supervises assigned staff; conducts staff meetings; completes performance evaluations; establishes goals and objectives; interviews and selects staff in conjunction with Assistant Director and Insurance Complaint Analyst Manager; trains analysts in departmental policies and procedures; evaluates work product and monitors progress and development of staff;  assigns complaints to staff and tracks progress of cases;
